Governor of new zealand
The Governor-General of New Zealand is the representative of the New Zealand monarch (currently King Charles III) in New Zealand. The Governor-General is appointed by the monarch on the advice of the New Zealand Prime Minister and serves as the head of state in New Zealand.
The current Governor-General of New Zealand is Dame Cindy Kiro, who was appointed on October 28, 2021.
