New sad song

Here's a new sad song I just came up with:

Title: "Fading Away"

Verse 1: I woke up this morning, feeling empty and cold The memories of you, they still linger, like a ghost in my soul I try to shake the feeling, but it's hard to let go 'Cause every time I close my eyes, I see your face, and my heart starts to ache

Chorus: I'm fading away, like the light of the day I'm losing my grip, and I don't know how to stay I'm searching for a way, to make this pain subside But it's hard to find my way, when you're no longer by my side
