Kebbi kogi bauchi record lowest crimes in 2017 says nbs

In fact, the NBS publishes crime statistics in its annual reports, and according to the 2017 report, the top 5 states with the highest crime rates in Nigeria were:

- Imo State

- Delta State
These states have consistently been among the top 5 states with the highest crime rates in Nigeria, according to the NBS reports.
Kebbi, Kogi, and Bauchi states, on the other hand, are located in the northern part of Nigeria and have relatively lower crime rates compared to the southern states. However, I couldn't find any reliable source that suggests they recorded the lowest crimes in 2017.
