INEC (Independent National Electoral Commission) Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
General Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Not more than 30 years old (for fresh graduates) and not more than 45 years old (for experienced candidates).
- Nationality: Nigerian citizen.
- Education: Possession of a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
- NYSC: Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have an exemption certificate.
- Marital Status: Single or married.
Specific Eligibility Criteria for Different Positions:
1. Administrative Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
2. Assistant Electoral Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
3. Electoral Officer:
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
4. Assistant Electoral Officer (IT):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in IT or a related field.
5. Electoral Officer (IT):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in IT or a related field.
6. Assistant Electoral Officer (Logistics):
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in logistics or a related field.
7. Electoral Officer (Logistics):
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in logistics or a related field.
8. Assistant Electoral Officer (Finance):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in finance or a related field.
9. Electoral Officer (Finance):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in finance or a related field.
10. Assistant Electoral Officer (Human Resources):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in HR or a related field.
11. Electoral Officer (Human Resources):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in HR or a related field.
12. Assistant Electoral Officer (Communication):
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of work experience in communication or a related field.
13. Electoral Officer (Communication):
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of work experience in communication or a related field.
