To verify a new plate number in LTO (Land Transportation Office) online, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the LTO Online Plate Number Verification Tool

  1. Go to the LTO website at www.lto.gov.ph.
  2. Click on the "Online Services" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select "Plate Number Verification" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the plate number you want to verify in the required field.
  5. Click the "Verify" button.

Method 2: Using the LTO Mobile App
