Method 1: Using iCloud
- On your old iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.
- Make sure iCloud Backup is enabled and your contacts are set to backup to iCloud.
- On your new iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.
- Sign in with the same Apple ID and password as your old iPhone.
