You want to disable the news feed in Chrome!

The news feed in Chrome is a feature that displays a list of news articles and stories on the new tab page. If you find it annoying or distracting, you can easily disable it. Here's how:

Method 1: Disable News Feed through Chrome Settings

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser window.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Appearance section.
  5. Uncheck the box next to Show news feed.
  6. Click Relaunch to apply the changes.

Method 2: Disable News Feed through Chrome Flags

  1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  2. Type chrome://flags in the address bar and press Enter.
  3. Search for News Feed in the search bar.
