Breaking europe endorses okonjo iweala for wto dg

Breaking Europe is not a real entity that endorses individuals for World Trade Organization (WTO) Director-General (DG). The WTO is an international organization that sets the rules for global trade, and its DG is appointed by the WTO's member states.

However, I can tell you that Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is a Nigerian economist and international development expert who has been nominated by Nigeria to become the next WTO DG. She is a former Minister of Finance in Nigeria and has held various leadership positions in international organizations, including the World Bank.

In October 2020, the WTO's General Council voted to select Dr. Okonjo-Iweala as the next WTO DG, making her the first woman and the first African to hold the position. She took office on March 1, 2021.

So, while there may not be a "Breaking Europe" endorsement, Dr. Okonjo-Iweala has received widespread support and recognition for her nomination and appointment as WTO DG.
