Breaking appeal court returns oshiomhole as apc national chairman

I think there may be some confusion here.

To clarify, the Court of Appeal has not "broken" any appeal, nor has it returned Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In fact, the Court of Appeal had earlier sacked Oshiomhole as the APC National Chairman in July 2021, upholding the earlier judgment of the Federal High Court in Abuja, which had ordered his removal from office.

The court had ruled that Oshiomhole's tenure as APC National Chairman had expired on June 30, 2021, and that he was no longer qualified to hold the office.

So, to summarize, there has been no recent development that would suggest the Court of Appeal has returned Oshiomhole as APC National Chairman.
