Are new responses notifications send to all form collaborators
In Google Forms, when you add collaborators to a form, they will receive notifications for new responses by default. However, the type of notification and the frequency of notifications can be customized.
Here are the default notification settings for collaborators:
- Email notifications: Collaborators will receive an email notification for each new response, including the respondent's answers and any attachments.
- In-app notifications: Collaborators will also receive in-app notifications in the Google Forms dashboard, which will display a count of new responses and allow them to view the latest responses.
To customize notification settings for collaborators, follow these steps:
- Go to the Google Forms dashboard and open the form you want to manage.
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the form title and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Collaborators" section.
- Click on the "Edit" button next to "Notification settings".
- Choose the notification settings you prefer:
- Email notifications: You can choose to receive notifications for all responses, or only for responses that meet specific conditions (e.g., responses from specific respondents or with specific answers).
- In-app notifications: You can choose to receive in-app notifications for all responses or only for responses that meet specific conditions.
- Frequency: You can choose to receive notifications at specific intervals (e.g., daily, weekly) or only when a new response is received.
By default, collaborators will receive notifications for all new responses. However, you can customize these settings to suit your needs and preferences.
