Are new responses notifications send to all form collaborators

In Google Forms, when you add collaborators to a form, they will receive notifications for new responses by default. However, the type of notification and the frequency of notifications can be customized.

Here are the default notification settings for collaborators:

  1. Email notifications: Collaborators will receive an email notification for each new response, including the respondent's answers and any attachments.
  2. In-app notifications: Collaborators will also receive in-app notifications in the Google Forms dashboard, which will display a count of new responses and allow them to view the latest responses.

To customize notification settings for collaborators, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Google Forms dashboard and open the form you want to manage.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots next to the form title and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Collaborators" section.
  4. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Notification settings".
  5. Choose the notification settings you prefer:
    • Email notifications: You can choose to receive notifications for all responses, or only for responses that meet specific conditions (e.g., responses from specific respondents or with specific answers).
    • In-app notifications: You can choose to receive in-app notifications for all responses or only for responses that meet specific conditions.
    • Frequency: You can choose to receive notifications at specific intervals (e.g., daily, weekly) or only when a new response is received.

By default, collaborators will receive notifications for all new responses. However, you can customize these settings to suit your needs and preferences.
