Approve new members in opencart 3

In OpenCart 3, you can approve new members through the following steps:

Method 1: Approve through the Admin Panel

  1. Log in to your OpenCart admin panel.
  2. Go to Customers > Customer.
  3. Find the new member you want to approve in the list of customers.
  4. Click on the Edit button next to the customer's name.
  5. Scroll down to the Status section.
  6. Change the Status to Approved.
  7. Click Save.

Method 2: Approve through the Customer Account

  1. Log in to your OpenCart store as a customer.
  2. Go to My Account > Account.
  3. Click on the Edit Account button.
  4. Scroll down to the Account Status section.
  5. Click on the Request Approval button.
  6. The customer will receive an email with a link to approve their account.
  7. The customer clicks on the link and approves their account.

Method 3: Approve through the Email

  1. When a new customer registers, OpenCart sends an email to the store owner/admin with a link to approve the customer's account.
  2. Click on the link to approve the customer's account.
  3. The customer's account will be approved, and they will receive an email confirming their account has been approved.

Note: You can also set up automatic approval for new customers by going to Settings > Options > Customer and setting the Auto Approve option to Yes.
