2 kings 2 9 10 new living translation

Here is 2 Kings 2:9-10 in the New Living Translation (NLT):

9 When they reached the Jordan River, they stopped for a moment. Elijah climbed up on the riverbank, rolled up his sleeves, and prayed, "O Lord, God of Elijah! Have you not had enough trouble with your prophet? Must my successor be mistreated by the people too?"

10 Just then, a chariot and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them. Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.
