Johannesburg- The acting Chief Justice of the Republic of South Africa is scheduled to reply to an essay ascribed to Tourism Minister Lindiwe Sisulu.

The media briefing is scheduled at 16:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

This follows the publication of Minister Lindiwe Sisulu’s opinion post on Independent Online (IOL) on January 7, 2022.

The government has now distanced itself from “reckless statements” by tourism minister Lindiwe Sisulu, who said that the country’s constitution has done nothing except put the once downtrodden people in poverty.

According to the Minister’s opinion post, the government has done little or nothing to help victims of colonialism.

She further said that the administration had created a sea of poverty.
