Zimbabwe seek new home abroad after caf condemn local stadiums

I think there may be some confusion here. Zimbabwe's national football team, the Warriors, have not been condemned to play their home matches abroad by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). However, the team has been playing their home matches outside of Zimbabwe due to concerns over the safety and suitability of the country's stadiums.

In 2019, the Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) was banned from hosting international matches by CAF due to concerns over the safety and security of the country's stadiums. This ban was imposed after a series of incidents, including a stampede at a stadium in Bulawayo that left several people injured.

As a result, the Warriors have been playing their home matches in neighboring countries, such as South Africa and Botswana, or in other countries with suitable stadiums. This has been a challenge for the team and its fans, but it has also provided an opportunity for the team to play in front of larger crowds and gain more experience.

It's worth noting that the ban on Zimbabwe hosting international matches was lifted in 2020, and the country is now working to improve the safety and suitability of its stadiums to host international matches again.
