Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, furniture, and equipment
- Carry out minor construction work, such as painting, plastering, and tiling
- Assist with the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
- Report any maintenance issues or defects to the supervisor
- Perform other related duties as required
