Who head tells africa to wake up to coronavirus threat
I think there may be a slight misunderstanding here!
Africa did not receive a message from a head telling it to "wake up" to the COVID-19 threat. The COVID-19 pandemic is a global health crisis that has affected every region of the world, including Africa.
The World Health Organization (WHO), the African Union (AU), and individual African countries have been working together to respond to the pandemic and mitigate its impact on the continent.
In fact, the WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak a global pandemic on March 11, 2020, and has been providing guidance and support to countries around the world, including those in Africa, to help them respond to the crisis.
Many African countries have also taken steps to contain the spread of the virus, including implementing public health measures such as lockdowns, travel restrictions, and vaccination campaigns.
So, to clarify, there was no single "head" that told Africa to "wake up" to the COVID-19 threat. Instead, it's been a collective effort by international organizations, governments, and health experts to respond to the pandemic and protect public health.
