Werent part meeting govt house parents abducted dapchi girls
I think there may be some confusion here.
The Dapchi schoolgirls abduction occurred on February 19, 2018, when over 100 schoolgirls were kidnapped from the Government Girls Science and Technical College (GGSTC) in Dapchi, Yobe State, Nigeria. The abduction was carried out by the terrorist group Boko Haram.
The parents of the abducted girls did not meet at Government House, as Government House is the official residence of the Governor of a state in Nigeria, and it is not a location where parents would typically meet to discuss their children's abduction.
Instead, the parents of the abducted girls, along with other stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and human rights organizations, came together to demand the safe release of their children. The Nigerian government, led by President Muhammadu Buhari, also launched a rescue operation to try to locate and rescue the abducted girls.
Unfortunately, 110 of the girls were eventually released by Boko Haram on March 21, 2018, after negotiations with the Nigerian government. However, five of the girls were reportedly killed during the abduction, and one girl, Leah Sharibu, was not released and remains in captivity to this day.
