Unizik gets new chancellor

A great development!

The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNIZIK) has indeed gotten a new Chancellor. According to reports, the new Chancellor is Professor Peter Okebaram Ikpeazu, a renowned academic and former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Professor Ikpeazu, a Professor of Biochemistry, was appointed as the new Chancellor of UNIZIK by the University's Governing Council, following the approval of the appointment by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

As Chancellor, Professor Ikpeazu is expected to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the University, as well as promote its academic excellence, research, and community engagement.
