Latest Update (2023)

• The University of Calabar has announced the commencement of the 2023/2024 Post UTME screening exercise for candidates who chose the institution as their first choice.
• The screening exercise is scheduled to hold from August 14th to August 25th, 2023.
• Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2023 UTME are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.
• The screening exercise will be conducted online, and candidates are required to create an account on the UNICAL portal to access the screening form.

• August 14th, 2023: Commencement of Post UTME screening exercise
• August 25th, 2023: End of Post UTME screening exercise
• September 2023: Release of admission list

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who chose UNICAL as their first choice
• Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2023 UTME
• Candidates who have a minimum of 5 O'level credits, including English Language and Mathematics
• Candidates who have a valid JAMB registration number

1. Visit the UNICAL portal at www.unical.edu.ng
2. Click on the "Post UTME" link
3. Create an account and log in
4. Fill the screening form and upload required documents
5. Pay the screening fee of N2,000
6. Submit the form and print a copy of the confirmation slip
