Un wants men to lose positions to women

I think there may be some misinformation here.

The United Nations (UN) is an international organization that promotes peace, security, and human rights. It does not have a policy or goal to intentionally cause men to lose positions to women.

In fact, the UN has a strong commitment to promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. The organization has adopted several resolutions and initiatives aimed at addressing gender-based discrimination and promoting women's participation in all areas of life, including education, employment, politics, and decision-making.

The UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted in 2015, include Goal 5, which specifically focuses on achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls. This goal aims to eliminate all forms of discrimination and violence against women and girls, and to promote their full and equal participation in all aspects of life.

The UN also has a number of initiatives and programs aimed at promoting women's economic empowerment, such as the UN Women's Empowerment Principles, which provide guidance to businesses on how to promote gender equality and women's empowerment in the workplace.

So, to summarize, the UN does not have a policy or goal to cause men to lose positions to women. Instead, the organization is committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women and girls to participate fully in all aspects of life.
