Tyson fury breaks silence on anthony joshua fight contract

Tyson Fury has finally broken his silence on the contract for his highly anticipated fight against Anthony Joshua.

In a recent interview with ESPN, Fury revealed that he has signed a contract for the fight, but with some conditions. According to Fury, the contract includes a clause that allows him to pull out of the fight if he doesn't feel comfortable with the terms.

"I've signed the contract, but I've got a clause in there that says if I don't like the terms, I can pull out," Fury said. "I'm not going to sign anything that's not right for me. I'm not going to sign anything that's not going to benefit me and my family."

Fury also revealed that he has been negotiating with Joshua's team for months, but the two sides have been unable to come to an agreement on the terms of the fight.

"We've been negotiating for months, but we couldn't agree on the terms," Fury said. "I wanted a certain percentage of the purse, and they didn't want to give it to me. I wanted a certain amount of money, and they didn't want to give it to me. So, we had to go to arbitration."

Fury also expressed his frustration with the way the negotiations have been handled, saying that he feels like he has been taken advantage of.

"I feel like I've been taken advantage of," Fury said. "I feel like they've been trying to screw me over. I feel like they've been trying to take advantage of me. But I'm not going to let them do it. I'm going to stand up for myself and my family."

Despite the challenges, Fury remains confident that the fight will happen and that he will emerge victorious.

"I'm confident that the fight will happen," Fury said. "I'm confident that I'll win. I'm confident that I'll be the champion again. I'm confident that I'll be the one standing in the ring with my hands raised."

The fight between Fury and Joshua is expected to take place in the summer of 2023, although a specific date and location have not been announced.
