Turkeys parliament votes to press on with constitutional reform debate
I think there may be a bit of a misunderstanding here!
Turkeys, being birds, do not have a parliament or a system of government that allows them to vote on constitutional reforms. They are not capable of participating in political processes or making decisions about governance.
So, it's unlikely that the "Turkeys Parliament" (which doesn't exist) has voted to press on with a constitutional reform debate.
