Tag whatsapp
You want to know how to tag someone on WhatsApp!
To tag someone on WhatsApp, you can use the "@" symbol followed by their name or username. Here's how:
- Open a chat with the person you want to tag.
- Type the "@" symbol followed by their name or username.
- As you type, WhatsApp will suggest names and usernames from your contacts. You can select the correct one from the dropdown list.
- Once you've selected the correct name or username, WhatsApp will automatically add the "@" symbol and the name or username to your message.
For example, if you want to tag your friend "John", you would type "@John" and WhatsApp would automatically add the "@" symbol and the name "John" to your message.
You can also use tags to mention multiple people in a single message. Simply separate the names or usernames with commas, like this: "@John, @Mary, @David".
Note that you can only tag people who are in your contacts list. If someone is not in your contacts list, you won't be able to tag them.
