Ademola Adebayo is a Nigerian telecommunications expert and the current Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). He was appointed to this position in 2020 by the President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.

Before his appointment as Vice Chairman of NCC, Adebayo had a distinguished career in the telecommunications industry, spanning over two decades. He has held various leadership positions in the industry, including serving as the Managing Director of the Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) and the Chief Operating Officer of the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT).

Adebayo holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Ibadan. He is also a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
