To tag someone in a TikTok video, follow these steps:
- Open the TikTok app and go to the video you want to tag someone in.
- Tap the "Share" button (represented by a box with an arrow coming out of it) located at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the "Tag" button (represented by a person icon) located at the bottom of the screen.
- Search for the person's username by typing their name or username in the search bar.
- Select the person's username from the search results.
- Confirm the tag by tapping "Tag" again.
The person you tagged will receive a notification that they've been mentioned in your video. They can then view the video and respond with a comment or a duet.
Note: You can only tag users who have a public account or have allowed others to tag them in their videos.
