• A witness reported seeing the suspect fleeing the scene in a black sedan.
• A piece of torn fabric was found near the scene.

Task:

1. Identify the crime and the suspect.
2. Gather evidence and analyze it to determine the suspect's identity and whereabouts.
3. Apprehend the suspect and bring them back to the police station.

Rules:
