I think there may be some confusion here!

Nigeria does not have a jet fighter force. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) operates a mix of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, but none of them are jet fighters.

Here are some of the aircraft currently in service with the Nigerian Air Force:

  • C-130H Hercules transport aircraft
  • Fokker 27/28 transport aircraft
  • Dornier 228 light transport aircraft
  • Beechcraft King Air 350ER light transport aircraft
  • Pilatus PC-7 trainer aircraft
• Rotary-wing:
  • Mi-35M attack helicopter
  • Mi-24V attack helicopter
  • Mi-17V-5 transport helicopter
  • AgustaWestland AW139 transport helicopter
  • Bell 412EP transport helicopter

While Nigeria has a military aviation capability, it does not have a dedicated jet fighter force.
