Tag ekiti state gubernatorial elections

Here are the results of the Ekiti State gubernatorial election held on June 21, 2014:

Winner: Ayodele Fayose (PDP) - 203,090 votes

Runner-up: John Kayode Fayemi (APC) - 120,433 votes

Other candidates:

• Opeyemi Bamidele (APC) - 19,476 votes
• Olusegun Oni (Labour Party) - 2,564 votes
• Kayode Ojo (All Progressives Grand Alliance) - 1,546 votes
• Oladele Akinrinade (All Nigeria Peoples Party) - 1,344 votes
• Olusegun Ojo (Action Congress of Nigeria) - 1,144 votes

Total valid votes: 347,442

Invalid votes: 4,443

Total votes cast: 351,885

Turnout: 43.37%
