The Stellenbosch University and DeepMind have partnered to offer fully funded scholarships to young African students to pursue their studies in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Be a young African student (born in Africa or have African heritage)
  2. Be pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in AI or ML at Stellenbosch University
  3. Have a strong academic record (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
  4. Demonstrate a passion for AI and ML research
  5. Be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years of research at Stellenbosch University
