Sanusi emir of kano dethroned by state government

I think there may be some confusion here.

Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II is the current Emir of Kano, not the Emir of Kano who was dethroned by the state government. In fact, he was only recently appointed as the Emir of Kano in June 2014, following the death of his predecessor, Ado Bayero.

However, I should note that there have been some controversies surrounding Sanusi's tenure as Emir of Kano. In 2017, he was suspended by the Kano State Government, led by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, over allegations of insubordination and disrespect to the government. The suspension was later lifted, and Sanusi was reinstated as Emir of Kano.

So, to clarify, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi II is still the Emir of Kano and has not been dethroned by the state government.
