Light and casual questions

  7. What's your favorite food or restaurant?

  9. What's your favorite way to relax or unwind?
  10. What's something that's on your bucket list?

Work or school-related questions

  1. What do you do for work/study?
  2. What's your favorite part about your job/program?
  3. What are your goals for the next [insert time frame]?
  4. How did you get into your current field/program?
  5. What's the most interesting project you've worked on recently?
  6. What's the best advice you've received in your career/education?
  7. What's something you're looking forward to accomplishing in the next [insert time frame]?
  8. How do you like to stay organized and manage your time?
  9. What's the most challenging part of your job/program?
  10. What's something you're proud of accomplishing?

Deeper and more meaningful questions

  1. What's something that's been on your mind lately?
  2. What's something you're passionate about outside of work/school?
  3. What's the most important lesson you've learned in life so far?
  4. What's something you're looking forward to in the future?
  5. What's something you're grateful for in your life?
  6. What's something you're proud of accomplishing?

Remember, the goal is to be genuine and interested in getting to know the other person. Ask follow-up questions and listen actively to what they have to say!
