Psalm 91 prayer good news bible
Here is Psalm 91 in the Good News Bible (GNB):
Psalm 91
You who live in the shelter of the Most High, who set your feet upon the rock, the hiding place of the Most High, you shall rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, "My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler. You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.
A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time on and forevermore.
This psalm is a beautiful expression of trust in God's protection and care. It's a great prayer to pray when you're feeling anxious or uncertain, and it's a wonderful reminder of God's love and provision for us.
