Here is Psalm 19 in the Good News Bible (GNB):
Psalm 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies display his handiwork. 2 Day after day they speak to us, night after night they tell us about God's greatness. 3 There is no speech or language where human voices are not heard; 4 their voices go out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. 5 In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun. 6 It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, like a champion rejoicing to run his course. 7 At sunrise it rises; sunset it goes to its place. 8 The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. 9 The precepts of the Lord give joy to the heart, the commands of the Lord bring light to the eyes. 10 The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous. 11 They are more valuable than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey dripping from the honeycomb. 12 Your laws are my treasure, my heart's desire. 13 I will obey your decrees; I will not neglect your words. 14 I will speak of your laws, of your decrees I will not be ashamed. 15 I will obey your statutes; I will not forget your words.
16 Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long. 17 Your commands are my delight; your decrees are my counselors. 18 I will obey your statutes; I will not forget your words.
19 Oh, how I love your law! It is my meditation all day long. 20 Your commands make me wiser than my enemies, for they are always with me. 21 I have more insight than all my teachers, for I meditate on your statutes. 22 I have more understanding than the elders, for I obey your precepts. 23 I will obey your statutes; I will not forget your words.
24 Your laws are my companions, my heart's desire. 25 I will obey your decrees; I will not neglect your words. 26 I will speak of your laws, of your decrees I will not be ashamed. 27 I will obey your statutes; I will not forget your words.
28 My heart is set to obey your decrees; I will obey your statutes. 29 May my heart be blameless toward your laws, that I may not be put to shame. 30 I will obey your decrees; I will not forget your words.
31 I will put your laws in my heart, so that I may obey them and not forget them. 32 Then I will be able to praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will obey your decrees, and I will not forget your words.
