Psalm 138 good news bible
Here is Psalm 138 in the Good News Bible (GNB):
Psalm 138
I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; I will sing your praises before the gods. I will bow down towards your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your love and faithfulness, because you have made known your mighty deeds.
You have made your ways known to me, O God, and I will follow your path. Your mighty deeds and your wonderful works are known to all people.
You are great and do wondrous things; you alone are God.
Do not abandon me, God, my Savior; do not forget your kindness and love. Do good to Zion, the place where your people worship, to the city where your glory dwells.
Pay attention to my prayer, O God; listen to my cry for help. From your temple, hear my prayer; from your holy temple, hear my cry for help.
Let my prayer be like incense in your presence; like evening sacrifice, let my prayer rise to you. May my prayer be like the evening sacrifice, like the incense that rises to you.
May my prayer be pleasing to you, O God, my Rock, my Savior and my God.
End of Psalm 138
