Prison break new series

Exciting news! A new series of Prison Break is indeed in the works!

Here are some key details:

Title: Prison Break: Resurrection Release Date: Expected in 2022 or 2023 (no official date announced yet) Network: Fox (same as the original series) Number of Episodes: 10 episodes (initially planned, may change) Cast: The original cast members, including:

• Sarah Wayne Callies (Dr. Sara Tancredi) will return Plot: The new series will take place 9 years after the events of the original series. Michael Scofield, who was presumed dead, is actually alive and has been living in a maximum-security prison in Yemen. Lincoln Burrows, who was also presumed dead, is now a fugitive on the run. The story will follow their paths as they try to clear their names and take down the corrupt government officials who wronged them.

Creator: Paul T. Scheuring, the creator of the original series, will return as the showrunner and executive producer.

Production: The new series is currently in production, with filming taking place in Morocco and other locations.
