Presidential tribunal justice bulkachuwa finally bows out
I think there may be some confusion here.
Zainab Bulkachuwa is a Nigerian jurist who served as the President of the Court of Appeal of Nigeria from 2005 to 2019. She is not a Justice of the Presidential Tribunal, as there is no such entity as a "Presidential Tribunal" in Nigeria.
However, I believe you may be referring to the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), which was established by the Nigerian government to hear petitions arising from the 2019 presidential election. Justice Bulkachuwa was indeed the President of the PEPT, which delivered its judgment on February 24, 2020, upholding the election of President Muhammadu Buhari.
As for "finally bowing out", Justice Bulkachuwa retired from the Court of Appeal in 2019, after serving for 14 years. She has since been succeeded by other justices in the Court of Appeal and the PEPT.
