Pires claims pep should sign bergkamp esque 70m man utd target
It seems like there's some interesting transfer gossip going on!
According to reports, former Manchester United player and current pundit, Louis Saha, has claimed that former Arsenal player, Ian Wright, believes that Manchester United should sign a player similar to Dennis Bergkamp, who was a legendary Dutch forward who played for Arsenal from 1995 to 2006.
The player in question is reportedly a 70 million-pound target, who is none other than Manchester United's own target, Antony Martial's former teammate at AS Monaco, Wilfried Zaha.
Zaha, a 29-year-old Ivorian winger, has been linked with a move to Manchester United in recent weeks, and it seems like Ian Wright, a former Arsenal striker, thinks he would be a great fit for the Red Devils.
Wright, who is known for his insightful opinions on football, believes that Zaha's pace, skill, and creativity would make him an excellent addition to Manchester United's attack, much like Bergkamp was for Arsenal during his playing days.
Of course, this is all just speculation at this point, and we'll have to wait and see if Manchester United do make a move for Zaha or if another club beats them to the punch.
What do you think, would Zaha be a good fit for Manchester United?
