  2. Inspector-General of Police (IGP): The IGP's salary has been increased to N10 million per month.
  3. Deputy Inspectors-General (DIGs): DIGs will receive N8 million per month.
  4. Assistant Inspectors-General (AIGs): AIGs will receive N6 million per month.
  5. Commissioners of Police (CPs): CPs will receive N5 million per month.
  6. Superintendents of Police (SPs): SPs will receive N4 million per month.
  7. Chief Superintendents of Police (CSPs): CSPs will receive N3 million per month.
  8. Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs): ASPs will receive N2 million per month.

  1. Housing Allowance: Police officers will receive a housing allowance of N500,000 per month.
  2. Transport Allowance: Police officers will receive a transport allowance of N200,000 per month.
  3. Uniform Allowance: Police officers will receive a uniform allowance of N50,000 per month.
  4. Other Allowances: Police officers will also receive other allowances, including a duty tour allowance, a hardship allowance, and a training allowance.

Implementation:

The new salary structure is expected to be implemented in phases, with the first phase focusing on the payment of the new salaries to officers at the rank of Inspector and above. The implementation process is expected to be completed within the next few months.
