Here is a sample news flash script:

INTRO

[Urgent music plays]

Announcer: "Breaking news, we interrupt your regular programming to bring you this urgent update. A [insert type of event, e.g. natural disaster, accident, etc.] has occurred in [insert location]. Our team is working to bring you the latest information as it becomes available."

BODY

[Cut to a live shot of a news anchor or correspondent in the field]

Anchor/Correspondent: "Thank you, Bob. I'm [insert name], reporting live from [insert location]. We're seeing [insert visuals, e.g. footage of damage, emergency responders, etc.]. According to eyewitnesses, [insert details of the event]."
