Here's a New Year message by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome:
"A New Year, A New You"
Dear Believers,
As we welcome a new year, I want to remind you that this is a time of fresh beginnings, a time to leave the past behind and look forward to a brighter future. The Bible says, "Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert" (Isaiah 43:19).
As we enter this new year, I want to encourage you to make a conscious decision to leave your old ways behind and embrace a new you. Let go of the things that have held you back, the things that have limited your potential, and the things that have kept you from fulfilling your destiny.
This is a year of new opportunities, new challenges, and new victories. It's a year to rediscover your purpose, to rekindle your passion, and to reignite your faith. It's a year to take bold steps of faith, to trust God more, and to believe that He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that you ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
As you enter this new year, I want to remind you that you are not the same person you were last year. You have grown, you have learned, and you have been transformed by the power of God. You are a new creation in Christ, and you have a new purpose, a new passion, and a new destiny.
So, as you look to the future, I want to encourage you to:
- Believe in yourself and your abilities
- Trust God with your future
- Take bold steps of faith
- Be patient and persistent
- And always remember that you are not alone, for you are part of a community of believers who are committed to supporting and encouraging each other.
As we enter this new year, I want to pray for you. May God bless you with wisdom, with courage, and with faith. May He guide you, may He direct you, and may He use you mightily for His glory.
