Method 1: Create a new group from the Telegram app

4. Choose the members you want to add to the group by searching for their usernames or phone numbers.
5. Tap "Create Group" to create the group.

Method 2: Create a new group from a chat

1. Open the Telegram app and go to a chat with the person you want to add to the new group.
2. Tap the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the chat screen.
3. Tap "Add to Group" and then "Create New Group".
4. Follow the same steps as above to add members and create the group.

Tips:

• You can add up to 200,000 members to a Telegram group.
• You can change the group's name and description later by tapping the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the group screen.
• You can also add a group icon by tapping the three vertical dots and selecting "Edit Group Info".
