New sorry rules
You want to know the new rules of Sorry! Here are the updated rules:
Number of Players: 2-4 players can play Sorry!
Objective: Be the first player to get all of your pawns to the "Safety" space on the board.
Setup: Each player chooses a set of pawns and places them on the "Start" space. Shuffle the Sorry! cards and deal 5 cards to each player. The remaining cards are placed face down on the "Sorry!" space.
Gameplay: On each player's turn, they can move one of their pawns to an adjacent space. If a player lands on a space occupied by another player's pawn, they can "bump" that pawn back to the start. If a player lands on a space with a Sorry! card, they can play that card to send another player's pawn back to the start.
Sorry! Cards: Sorry! cards have different effects:
- "Sorry!" - Send another player's pawn back to the start.
- "Get Out of Jail Free" - Allow a player to move one of their pawns to any space on the board.
- "Move Back" - Send a player's pawn back to a previous space.
- "Move Ahead" - Allow a player to move one of their pawns to a space ahead.
Winning the Game: The first player to get all of their pawns to the "Safety" space wins the game.
Additional Rules:
- If a player lands on a space that is already occupied by one of their own pawns, they can choose to "stack" their pawns on that space.
- If a player lands on a space that is occupied by another player's pawn, they can choose to "bump" that pawn back to the start.
- If a player has only one pawn left on the board, they can only move that pawn on their turn.
These are the new rules of Sorry! Have fun playing!
