New Streams:

- Saskatchewan Express Entry Stream: For workers with experience in a specific occupation and a valid Express Entry profile.
- International Graduate (IG) Stream: This stream is designed for international graduates who have completed a degree or diploma from a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution.
- Entrepreneur Stream: This stream is designed for entrepreneurs who want to start a business in Saskatchewan.
Changes to Existing Streams:
- Saskatchewan Express Entry (EE) Stream: This stream has been replaced by the ISW Stream (Occupation In-Demand Stream).
- Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand (OID) Stream: This stream has been replaced by the ISW Stream (Occupation In-Demand Stream).
Key Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate language proficiency in English or French, with a minimum score of CLB 4 in all four language abilities (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- Education: Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Candidates must have at least one year of work experience in their field, unless otherwise specified.
- Adaptability: Candidates must demonstrate adaptability to living and working in Saskatchewan.
How to Apply:
- Create an Account: Candidates must create an account on the SINP online portal.
- Submit an Application: Candidates must submit a complete application, including all required documents and information.
- Pay the Application Fee: Candidates must pay a non-refundable application fee of $300 CAD.
- Wait for Processing: The SINP will review the application and may request additional information or documentation.
Processing Times:
- International Skilled Worker (ISW) Stream: 6-12 months
- International Graduate (IG) Stream: 6-12 months
- Entrepreneur Stream: 12-18 months
