A new Running Man dance! Here's a fresh one:
The "Funky Fusion" Running Man Dance
Starting position: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your knees slightly bent and your arms relaxed by your sides.
Step 1: Take a small step forward with your left foot (for the left-handed folks, it's the right foot). As you do this, swing your right arm (for lefties, it's the left arm) across your body, keeping it straight, and tap your right shoulder (left shoulder for lefties) with your hand.
Step 2: Bring your left foot back to the starting position, while simultaneously swinging your left arm (right arm for lefties) across your body, tapping your left shoulder (right shoulder for lefties) with your hand.
Step 3: Now, take a small step forward with your right foot (for lefties, it's the left foot). As you do this, swing your left arm (right arm for lefties) across your body, keeping it straight, and tap your left shoulder (right shoulder for lefties) with your hand.
Step 4: Bring your right foot back to the starting position, while simultaneously swinging your right arm (left arm for lefties) across your body, tapping your right shoulder (left shoulder for lefties) with your hand.
Repeat: Continue alternating steps and arm movements, creating a funky fusion of the classic Running Man dance with some fresh flair!
Add some flair: To take it to the next level, try adding some extra moves:
- As you swing your arms, add in some hip swivels or shoulder rolls to really get those funky vibes going.
- On the step forward, try adding in a little hop or bounce to give it some extra energy.
- On the step back, try adding in a little pause or freeze before bringing the foot back to the starting position.
