Riddle 1: I am always coming but never arrive, I have a head, but never weep, I have a bed, but never sleep, I have a mouth, but never speak.

What am I?

Answer: A River. A river is always flowing (coming) but never actually arrives at a destination. It has a "head" or source, a "bed" or channel, and a "mouth" where it meets the sea, but it doesn't have the ability to weep, sleep, or speak.

Riddle 2: I have a face and two hands but no arms or legs. What am I?

Answer: A Clock. A clock has a face (the clock face) and two hands (hour and minute hands) but no arms or legs.

Riddle 3: I go in hard, come out soft, and am never the same. What am I?

Answer: An Egg. An egg goes in hard (raw) when it's cooked, comes out soft (cooked), and is never the same (once it's cooked, it can't be made raw again).

Riddle 4: I have a head, a tail, but no body. What am I?

Answer: A Coin. A coin has a head (the front side) and a tail (the back side), but it doesn't have a body.

Riddle 5: I have to be broken before I can be used. What am I?

Answer: An Eggshell. An eggshell has to be broken (cracked open) before the egg inside can be used.
