New delhi governor

The current Governor of Delhi is Anil Baijal. He was appointed as the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on December 31, 2016. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Chief Secretary of Delhi from 2013 to 2016.

Note: The Governor of Delhi is the ceremonial head of the state, while the Chief Minister is the head of the government. The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is the administrative head of the state, responsible for implementing the decisions of the Central Government in the state.
