Let's create a new dance step together!

Introducing the "Sparkle Sway"!

The Move:

  1. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your weight evenly distributed between both feet.
  2. Take a small step to the side with your left foot (for the lead) and transfer your weight onto it.
  3. As you transfer your weight, bend your knees slightly and lower your body down into a slight squat.
  4. Keeping your left foot in place, swing your right foot across your body, so that it's now in front of your left foot.
  5. As your right foot swings across, twirl your torso to the right, keeping your arms relaxed and your hands in a loose fist.
  6. As you twirl, allow your hips to sway to the right, keeping your upper body loose and relaxed.
  7. Bring your right foot back to the starting position, and repeat the sequence on the other side (step to the right with your right foot, swing your left foot across, twirl, and sway).
