Here is a sample prayer based on the New Covenant:

Prayer of Confession and Commitment

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you today, humbled and grateful for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that I am a sinner, and I confess my sins to you. I ask for your forgiveness and cleansing from all unrighteousness.

I thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, which has given me eternal life and the promise of a new heart. I ask that you would continue to transform me into the likeness of Christ, and that I would be a vessel for your glory.

I commit to following you and your ways, and to living a life that is pleasing to you. I ask for your guidance and wisdom in all that I do, and for the strength to resist temptation and to walk in obedience to your Word.

I pray that you would use me to bring glory to your name, and to be a light to those around me. I ask that you would give me a heart of love for others, and that I would be a blessing to those in need.

Prayer of Praise and Thanksgiving

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you today to praise and thank you for all that you have done for me. I am grateful for the gift of salvation, and for the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.

I thank you for the blessings you have given me, and for the challenges that have helped me to grow and become more like Christ. I thank you for the people in my life who have supported and encouraged me, and for the opportunities I have had to serve and make a difference.

I praise you for your goodness and mercy, and for your faithfulness to me even when I have failed. I thank you for your presence in my life, and for the peace and comfort you bring to my heart.

I ask that you would continue to bless me and guide me, and that I would be a blessing to others. I pray that your name would be glorified in my life, and that I would be a light to those around me.

Prayer of Intercession

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to you today to pray for others and for the needs of the world. I ask that you would bless and guide those who are seeking you, and that you would give them a heart of faith and obedience.

I pray for those who are struggling and in need, and that you would provide for them and comfort them. I ask that you would heal the sick, and that you would bring hope and peace to those who are hurting.

I pray for the church and for the spread of the gospel, and that you would give us wisdom and courage to share the good news with others. I ask that you would use us to bring glory to your name, and that we would be a blessing to those around us.
