The new CAC registration fees in Nigeria are as follows:

  1. Business Name Registration: N10,000 (formerly N10,000)
  2. Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Registration: N10,000 (formerly N10,000)
  3. Private Limited Company (PLC) Registration: N20,000 (formerly N20,000)
  4. Public Limited Company (PLC) Registration: N30,000 (formerly N30,000)
  5. Cooperative Society Registration: N5,000 (formerly N5,000)
  6. Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Registration: N10,000 (formerly N10,000)
  7. Trade Mark Registration: N1,000 (formerly N1,000)
  8. Patent Registration: N1,000 (formerly N1,000)
  9. Industrial Design Registration: N1,000 (formerly N1,000)
  10. Copyright Registration: N1,000 (formerly N1,000)

Additional Fees

  1. Late Filing Fee: 10% of the registration fee (minimum N1,000)
  2. Renewal Fee: 50% of the original registration fee
  3. Change of Name or Address: N5,000
  4. Change of Directors or Shareholders: N5,000
  5. Certificate of Incorporation: N5,000
  6. Certificate of Registration: N5,000
