- Entrepreneurial experience: Must have started and operated a business in New Brunswick for at least 1 year
- Settlement funds: Must have sufficient funds to settle in New Brunswick (at least $15,000 CAD)
International Student Entrepreneur Stream:
- Age: 21-55 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution
